Sakeng Voucher Terms and Conditions

Purchasing of an Emporium issued voucher on the Sakeng Platform constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• The voucher will be displayed under “Voucher(s) – Emporium issued”;
• Where a voucher is a gift and the recipient is a non-Sakeng member, the recipient will receive it as an SMS or Email, which should be kept until the voucher has been redeemed. Neither Sakeng nor any of its agents will be held responsible for any cellular network service operator’s delay in forwarding a virtual voucher to the recipient;
• Vouchers are valid for a minimum period of 3 years from date of purchase except where a longer period is explicitly indicated or upon full redemption thereof, whichever occurs first;
• No refunds will be given on any virtual vouchers purchased;
• Vouchers can be partially redeemed and the remaining balance can be tracked on the Sakeng Platform;
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Should your voucher be lost or stolen, neither Sakeng nor any of its agents will be liable for any reimbursement or replacement of any kind;
• Should your voucher not be redeemable or honored for any reason by a Third Party as part of the Sakeng Platform, neither Sakeng nor any of its agents will be liable for any payment, redemption or reimbursement of any kind;
• It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions for the vouchers purchased, as they may differ from the terms as indicated above and your purchase will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions.
